Cusco (Abancay-Cusco road) along side road to Mollepata;
roadsides In dry forest with Vachellia macracantha, Eriotheca,
Furcraea
13°31'43" S, 72°39'09" W Alt: 2300 - 2400m.
Herb with stems to 4 m long, flowers dark purple; fruit green
(immature); no mature tubers, but apparently a tuber-bearing
species (stolons swelling).
