    Primary upland forest on level terrain, open canopy, many lianas and understory palms.

    Tree. Tree 26 m x 43.5 cm, diam, trunk fluted at base, outer bark brown, lenticellate, fine hoop marks, thin, shed in very small plated, inner bark deep orange, sapwood striate. Sterile. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
