    Tree. Cauliflorous tree 10 m x 13 cm diam, trunk angular, outer bark reddish brown, thin, shallowly fissured, shed in thin elongate plates, inner bark beige, scant latex seen only in fruits; fruits immature, dark green, ellipsoid, 2.5 cm long.
