  • Description

    Tree. Tree 20 m x 81.6 cm diam. Trunk with digitate base. Outer bark brownish to gray, rough, thick, moderately densely lenticellate, shed acropetally and laterally in plates up to 30 cm long. Inner bark orange, thick. Leaves 4-6-jugate. Stipules 6-9 x 9-11 mm, semi-orbicular to slightly reniform, with constricted base. Fruits 3.4-4.1 x 2.9-3.2 cm, slightly obovoid or less often broadly ellipsoid, whitish to brownish at base, surface crackled. Phenology of specimen: fruit.
