Habitat
Nearly undisturbed subtropical forest dominated by Anadenanathera colubrina, ver flat, the soil fine sandy and silty. Common.

Description
Shrub 4 m. tall; branches wide-spreading; in full bloom.Infl. yellow-green, with tinge of rose on calyx tube; flrs. odorless; pollen falling when flrs. shaken. Voucher for wood specimen, MADw 46006. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
