Habitat
In thick healthy sod of unshaded lawn in well in front of the Museum/Library Building. Only seen in this patch of lawn and evidently introduced with sod restoration in the last coupleof yuears; this is not a regularly seen weed at the New York Botanical Garden. With a few other weeds, Arabidopsis thaliana, cf. Stellaria media.

Description
Strictly erect, single-stemmed herbs. Flowers bright yellow, strongly and not pleasantly fragrant. Not common. Phenology of specimen: Flower and Fruit.
