Georeferenced to an offset of approximately 18 km SW of the Kayser Airstrip (approximately 330 km SSW of the city of Paramaribo) in Coeroeni, Suriname. Used Google Maps - Earth View to find the precise location of the Kayser airstrip, nearby the city of Kayserberg. Used the Google Maps - What's Here Tool to find the coordinates of the approximate geographic center of the airstrip. Used the Google Maps - Measure Distance Tool to find the approximate linear extent of the airstrip by measuring from the selected coordinates to the farthest extent of the airstrip. Input coordinates (3.094277, -56.473962), linear extent (1.1 km), measurement error (.01 km), offset distance (18 km), offset direction (SW), and distance precision (1 km) into the MaNIS Georeferencing Calculator to find the offset coordinates and uncertainty radius (according to Georeferencing Quick Reference Guide, Offset: Offset at a heading).
