On partly or wholly sunny, bare soil among young Pinus strobus planted a few years ago. With many fewer plants of Amaranthus retroflexus, Portulaca oleracea and Mollugo verticillata.

Plants aromatic, annual, taprooted, the upper stems weak but erect, mostly few-branching and short-decumbent at the base. Abundant. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
