Portland Parish: John Crow Mountains. South of
Ecclesdown by road, then hiked west across Driver River
and followed trail toward Big Flat. 18 degrees 01' 25.9"N,
76 degrees 18' 49.7’W. Elev. 330-430 m. Moist montane
forest over limestone. With Clidemia griesbachii, Clidemia
erythropogon, Blakea trinervia, Conostegia icosandra, C.
rufescens. Occasional shrub or small tree to 5 m tall; all
plants in vegetative condition (no flowers).
