shrub. Shrub or coarse herb 1 m, leaves red-purple below, leaf domatia with biting ants, inflorescence axes pale red, calyx green, red-laciniate, corolla white tinged with rose, rest of flower white, fruits ovoid, maturing blue-black. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
