Habitat
In deciduous forest understory. Forming dense, large, numerous stands.

Description
Fronds 50-70 m tall, arching, arising from thick rhizome, stipe canaliculate. Veins in pinnule bifurcate, indusia along one side of a vein, sporangia cup-like. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
