    From the original label: "This plant differs from ordinary Ribes aureum in being larger flowered, leaves velvety instead of glabrous and in having the most delicious cloves smell of any plant I know, much like Clove Pink. Everbody at Burns declares he brought it from Germany, himself a German; at least that Locker told them so. What do you think?"
