    Inflorescence not secund; corolla ventricose-ampliate, strongly bilabiate, the upper lip projecting-arched, the lower lip reflexed, violet, the lobes blue towards the tips, the throat white within with red-violet lines, the palate brownish-yellow berded; staminode orange bearded, exserted; anthers blue, inclused. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
