    Terrestrial. Rhizome creeping, 30 cm long, covered with short, dense, gold-brown hairs. Fronds monomorphic, ten, erect, to 176 cm tall, congested at apex of rhizome. Sori round, without indusia, nestled in dense gold-brown paraphyses, flanking midrib. UNICATE.
