Habitat
Carbonate colluvium sloping 70°S above wash. With Mirabilis, Gutierrezia, Ephedra, Lepidium, Chrysothamnus, Artemisia and Atriplex. Seen only at station where scattered.

Description
Biennial branching from base with yellow spathulate petals ca. 10 mm long. Phenology of specimen: Fertile, Fruit.
