Haitien and Le Borgne: habitat a narrow reef of (mostly dead) sand-
covered or wave-worn coral on the landward side of the island, covered
with shallow water when the sea is rough and at high tide, inclosing
deeper Turbinaria pools in which the water becomes hot when isolated
at low tide; all specimens from a depth of less than 3 feet, some barely
covered
