Ashland County, Wisconsin Avenula pubescens (Hudson) Dumort. subsp. pubescens T42N, R02W, SW% NW'/< Section 13. 46 11976o N 90.56718° W (WGS84). Field between the Glidden wastewater ponds and floodplain of the East Fork, Chippewa River. Patch of about 175 m2. Mesic loam. Co-dominant with Festuca rubra, Poa pratensis, and Solidago canadensis. Linaria vulgaris, Eiytrigia repens, Hiera'cium aurantiacum, and Prunus virginiana and P. serótina seedlings common also.
