    Epiphyte on mossy tree. Sterile frond dk green w/ light green raised mid-vein adaxially. Stipe yellow-green w sparse brn scales. Fertile frond w/ slight undulating margins, yell-green [sic] adaxially w/ brn veins w/ short pubescence, abaxially covered in dk brn spores.
