understorey of palms, on alluvial bottomland among
limestone hills. Canopy 20-30 m, with Guarea spp.,
Orbienva. Protium. Sapotaceae spp., Euphorbiaceae spp.;
emergents ("Virola. Dialium. Spondias. Terminalia') to 40 m.
