Description
Thick-trunked, trunk to several meters tall, covered with spine-covered leaf bases, leaves 3-4 m long, arching with tip lowermost, infructescence pendent, fruits green with black-brown coating, pulp sticky, leaves whitened below,l infructescence ca 1 m long, spathe ca 1.4 m long. Phenology of specimen: Sterile.
