    Herb, 3.75 m tall; leaves ca. 30-plicate, much wider than those of M & pl. 2152; rachis, peduncles, pedicels, bracts and bracteoles red, calyx pinkish red, corolla and labellum white; fruits red. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
