Bolivia. Santa Cruz. Cordillera Prov. Along gravel road eastward, just east of new highway from Santa Cruz to Abapó, the turnoff 3 km N of bridge over Río Seco.

Habitat
Chaco forest with Ruprechtia triflora, with some selective logging and minor grazing, flat. Soil fine sandy and clay.

Description
Shrub 4 m tall. Leaves whitened beneath, about the same color as the flowers except for the inconspicuous yellow-green face of flowers in anthesis.
