    gregarious. Castanopsis-dominated forest with scattered Dipterocarps, Lithocarpus.

  • Description

    Pileus: (5-) 9-17 mm, convex becoming plane, depressed at umbo, plicate-sulcate, brown (7D4-7E4), hygrophanous, becoming pale orange-brown to nearly white; context thin, white; odor mild.Stipe: 12-22 x 0.75-1.25 mm, equal with slightly enlarged base, terete to sinuous, stuffed becoming hollow, fibrous, pale yellow-brown (5B3) to nearly white. Context white. Basal mycelium white.Hymenophore: Lamellae adnate, narrow, slightly thickened, subdistant, pinkish-orange (7B3-7C4); edges entire; lamellulae present.Comments: See Osmundson 1176, 1188, 1190, and possibly 1177.
