    Castanopsis-dominated forest with scattered Dipterocarps, Lithocarpus.

  • Description

    Pileus: 7-12 mm, convex becoming plane with depressed umbo, plicate-sulcate, cinnamon brown (6D6). Context thin, whitish; odor fungoid.Stipe: 9-18 x 1-1.5 mm, equal with slightly enlarged base, solid, longitudinally fibrous, pale yellow-brown (5B3 or paler). Basal mycelium white.Hymenophore: Lamellae adnate, broad, slightly thickened, subdistant, brownish orange (6C4-7C4); edges entire; lamellulae present.Comments: See Osmundson 1177, and possibly Osmundson 1188.
