gregarious, sometimes caespitose. Under Castanopsis.

Description
Pileus: 27-56 mm, convex to nearly plane, minutely fibrillose, pale orange; margin faintly zonate. Context white, unchanging. Odor fruity; taste mild.Stipe: 31-56 x 4-9 mm, equal or subclavate, solid, white, staining orange-brown; context white, slowly staining light orange-brown. Basal mycelium white.Hymenophore: Toothed; teeth white to pale orange-brown, 2-5 mm in length, < 1 mm diameter at base.
