  • Description

    Pileus: (13-) 18-33 cm, convex becoming plane, with slightly depressed disc, plicate-sulcate, pale grayish orange or grayish brown (6C3); hygrophanous. Context white, very thin.Stipe: 14-27 x 1-2.5 mm, equal with slightly enlarged base, slender, , solid, with thick cartilaginous rind; distinctly longitudinally fibrous; fibers concolorous with pileus over white ground. Basal mycelium copious, white. Context white.Hymenophore: Lamellae adnate to very short decurrent, moderately broad, moderately thick, subdistant, light pink-gray (6B2 or slightly more pink); edges entire; lamellulae present.Comments: Similar coloration to TWO-1166, but smaller in stature.
