    solitary. In Castanopsis-dominated forest with scattered Dipterocarps.

  • Description

    Pileus: 24 mm, convex, densely matted subtomentose, gray (4B3); darker gray (4F2) at disc; surface aereolate in age. Context white, unchanging; odor and taste mild.Stipe: 45 x 5 mm, equal with slight basal taper, solid, white with dark brown glandular to scabrous scales; base stains faintly brown where handled. Context white, unchanging. Basal mycelium not apparent.Hymenophore: Poroid; emarginate. Pores 1-2 per mm, slightly angular, white to cream, staining pale yellowish brown; tubes 5 mm in length; concolorous with pores.Macrochemical Reaction: NH4OH negative on all tissues.
