Description
Pileus: Ascomata basally tapered, +/- inverted gumdrop-shaped, 20-54 mm broad at apex, 12-35 mm in height, gelatinous, dark olivaceous to nearly black.Hymenophore: Slightly convex, leathery, glabrous, black.
