    Cap: 12 cm wide; convex to vase-shape with sunken center; pale olive-green to yellow-green; dry; patched; margin lined. Gills: nearly free form the stipe; crowded; white-cream. Spore print: White. Stipe: 7.5 cm tall, 2.5 cm thick; white-cream, smooth.
