SAN JUAN COUNTY. North Long Point above and
north of Dark Canyon, T34S R18E NW1/4NE1/4
Section 6, 37° 51.269’ N, 109° 52.009’ W, 8640 feet,
2635 meters.

In the open, in hard, clayey soil, with Pinus ponderosa,
Symphoricarpos oreophilus, Balsamorhiza sagittata,
Berberís repens, Phlox longifolia, Amelanchier
utahensis, Senecio neomexicanus, Agoseris glauca,
Delphinium nuttallianum, Erigeron flagellaris, E.
eatonii, Quercus gambelii, Populus tremuloides,
Artemesia tridentata, Allium, Abies, Pseudotsuga,
Purshia tridentata, Navarretia breweri, Fritillaria
atropurpúrea. Frequent stoloniferous herbaceous
perennial, rays blue.
