Description
Pileus convex to campanulate, minutely pruinose, dark orange-brown (8F7) with whitish margin when young. Not translucent-striate when young, but becoming translucent-striate. Margin incurved, becoming decurved to uplifted-undulating, sometimes splitting in age; hygrophanous, becoming dull orange-brown. Lamellae slightly notched, moderately broad, thickish, close to subdistant, pale pinkish orange (6A3) becoming peach (7A4); edges entire, lamellulae present. Stipe 16-30 (-38) x 1.5-3 mm, stuffed becoming hollow; subclavate at first, becoming more or less equal but with enlarged base; fibrous, with fibers +/- straight ; white at first, becoming concolorous with pileus, not fading. Basal mycelium white.
