Specimen rather mature. Pileus 60 mm, plane with low broad umbo and uplifted margin; white with coarse fibrillose dark brown scales; denser at apex. Context white, unchanging. Odor fungoid; taste mild. Pores pale yellow (3A3) to pastel yellow (3A4), rou.
