Description
Pileus 27-47 mm, convex, glabrous, glutinous, golden brown (5D8-5E8). Context white, unchanging, spongy. Odor and taste mild. Hymenophore poroid; pores 0.5-1.5 mm diameter in longest direction; pinkish brown to brown (6D5); tubes more pinkish (6C3) than pores; tubes long (10-13 mm in length), depressed around stipe. Stipe 58-73 x 8-10 mm, equal to subclavate, solid, longitudinally fibrous-striate, pale yellowish white, staining yellow-brown; surface with minute white to pale yellow pulverulence; basal tomentum copious, white.
