Description
Pileus 4.5-6 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry, light brown, with felty white volval patches, even at margin. Flesh white with mild odor. Not tasted. Lamellae free, crowded, pale yellowish white, with fimbriate edges, truncate lamellulae. Stipe 5-6 cm long, 1-1.5 cm broad, white, subradicating-bulbous, with a slight limb at top of bulb, a conspicuous ring of subfloccose tissue above limb, heavily lanose upward to partial veil, striate above veil.
