MEADOW HAWKSBEARD. Taprooted perennial herbs.

0.1 mile north of Corral Springs on the east side of Deep
Springs Lake, Inyo Mtns. divide, T8S R36E S4. Open moist
alkaline sod in meadow on lake playa, alkaline wetland
with Distichlis, Juncus, Plantago, Carex, Potentilla and
Nitrophila. Sporadically common in moist, often alkaline
meadows.
