Highway 95, T8N, R28E, Sec 2, Elevation 8,000 ft.

Perennials 40 to 60 centimeters high, yellow flowers in
heads, long pinnately-lobed leaves, growing on rocky, clay soil on south
facing slope with Artemisia tridentata, Pinus monophyla, Lupinus sp,
Bromus tectorum, Eriogonum umbellatum.
