Remnants of chaco forest, with Phyllostylon rhamnoides, Acanthosyris falcata, Aspidospermum quebracho-blanco, Ruprechtia triflora, with small temporary roadside pond, surrounded by pastures and cultivated fields. Flat, clay soil.

Herbs in disturbed soil, decumbent or almost. Stem very pale pink; inflorescences green.
