X peculiar in that most typical specimens the refer the inclosed, Nos. 613,715,1219,1830,1867, ft XX, to Coreopsis Leavenworthii T. ft 0. They are of the leaves are very narrow and simple. In leaf-blades are more or less lobed or divided. Dr. Greene’s C. angustata is nothing more or less than straight Leavenworthii, to me.
