The New York Botanical Garden copyright reserved Ocm 1 234 56 78910 I am inclined to refer the inclosed. Nos. 613,715,1219,1830.,1867, 1897,1754 & my Nos. X A XX, to Coreopsis Leavenworthll T. & 0. They are peculiar in that most of the leaves are very narrow and simple. In typical specimens the leaf-blades are more or less lobed or divided. Dr. Greene*s C. angtistata is nothing more or less than straight Leavenworthii, to me. He describes his plant as having leaves with one or two pairs of,leaflets.
