Description
Tree, 32 ft. x 19 inches diam. Tree, 32 ft. high, 30 ft. spread, 19 inches at 4 ft. high. These trees are scattered, mostly symmetrical and very thrifty appearing. In many ways they suggest Cupressus macrocarpa (young trees). In cones they also suggest Cupressus goveniana, but in all events seem very different than many other stands of Cupressus sargentii. These notes made in the field in 1934 when I thought these were Cupressus sargentii, C. B. Wolf. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
