Houston Co.: Dothan (eastside on Hwy. 84^", Robert Trent Jones Gulf Trail; T3N, R25E, S14. -fresh corollas light pink to almost white & turning darker purplish pink or burgandy pink upon ageing, capillary bristles purple, bracts striate white & green except outer- most ones, plants in upland woods, rare at one site with about 6 seen & locally common at another site with 50-100 seen; plants averaging ca. 2.5' tall with some reaching ca 5' tall, flowers mildly sweet fragrant- Sept. 10, 1994 John R.
