50-100 m SE of Service Road entrance. Marshy
area at end of adjoining old dirt road. Upland
mixed forest, with Myrica cerifera, Acer rubrum,
Salix caroliniana. Rays yellow with purple-
brown lines; disc flowers with yellow corollas,
purple-brown anthers; inner invol. bracts
yellowish with brown lines and purple spots.
