Colombia. Nariño. Ricaurte Mun. La Planada, 7 km above Chucunes on road between Tuquerres and Ricaurte. Regrowth secondary forest with primary forest elements and trail above "La Posada" building.

Description
Terrestrial; internodes 1.5-5.5 cm long, 4-5 cm diam.; petioles sharply C-shaped, sulcate; blades thinly coriaceous, dark green and matte above, moderately paler and weakly glossy below; midrib narrow, convex and moderately paler above, acute and slightly paler below; primary lateral veins etched above, weakly raised below; inflorescence erect; peduncle 1.5 mm diam.; spathe green, erect; spadix green, becoming weakly tinged purple; fruits pale green at base, dark green at apex, longer in one dimension (4x5 mm wide, 3.5 mm high), depressed apically; seeds 2 per berry, oblong-elliptic, 3 mm long, 2 mm wide, tan. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
