    Slopes 5 to 70%; northerly aspect. Open Pinus monophylla community; associated species - Artrwy, Ephedra viridis, Grayia spinosa, Prunus andersonii, Symphoricarpos longiflorus, Atriplex confertifolia, Oryzopsis hymemoides, Stipa comata. Common. Metamorphic rock (limestone).
