Disturbed site surrounded by hills with secondary broad-leaved forest, dominated by Myrsine,
Garrya, Rubus, and Oplonia. Terrestrial fern; rhizome massive, prostrate, surperficial; fronds
arched, to 1 m long; young fronds reddish.
