Description
Pileus 2.5-5 cm broad, plano-convex, dry, subtomentose, finely areolate, medium brown. Flesh vivid yellow, slowly cyanescent above lamellae, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae decurrent, close, yellow to greenish yellow, slowly but intensely cyanescent. Stipe 1.5-3.5 cm long, 6-12 mm broad, equal to tapering downward, curved, dry, yellow at apex, brown below, fibrillose streaked to subpruinose, yellow mycelium at base, with yellow unchanging interior. NH4: blue green on pileus.
