Shady riparian area in deep narrow canyon running S-N. Soft
pumice alluvium with bishop tuff rhyolite outcrops and ridges
above. Populus tremuloides / Pinus contorta woodland with
occasional P. jeffryi, Rosa woodsii, Thalyctrum sparsiflorum,
Senecio triangularis, Arnica, Sphenosciadium, Ribes.

Occasional streamside from rock bases. To 2m high.
