National Forest, approx. 1 mi from jet with FSR 187 on Buffalo
Head Gulch Road. Hillside above parking area at bend in
road. T02S R11W section 15 E 1/2. Elev 2490 m.

Dry, rocky, SE-facing hillside aiyJ sedgy meadow immediately
below on N side of road. Scattered Pinus albicaulis.

Common in meadow below slope. Both white- and pink-
phyllaried forms occurring together.
