Missouri, Barry Co. Mark Twain National Forest. From E-W-
running ridge on E side Hwy 112, 2.0 mi S jet 112 and Hwy F.
T21N R27W section 03 SE1/4. Elev ca. 1200-1350’.

Steep, cherty, E- and NW-facing, talus slopes, and shaded
creekbed below seepy limestone bluffs. Maple-oak-hickory
forest with scattered seepy prairie openings on NW-facing
slopes. Rocky clay soil.

Common on slopes. Both staminate and pistillate plants in
population.
