In wet understory, upper (S) slopes of meadow; broad wet meadow, densly beset with Eleocharis pauciflora, running S to N, fed from perennial seeps on S edges. Closely surrounded by Pinus contorta and Populus tremuloides woodland. Uplands of Artemisia tridentata/ Purshia tridentata scrub. Occasional.
